Enyang Solar Energy Water Heating Project - Heat Pipe Vacuum Tube

    The core component of heat pipe vacuum solar collector is SangPu space heat pipe vacuum tube produced in collaboration by Shanghai Enyang Solar Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing Solar Energy Research Institute. Space heat pipe vacuum solar collector, a phase-change solar energy heating device with high efficiency, is a revolutionary breakthrough in mankind's developing and utilizing the solar energy. It is different from conventional water solarizing product and is a brand-new heating device which directly converts solar energy into heat energy.

   The solar collector is composed of aluminum heat absorbing fin and copper heat pipe. The combination of copper and aluminum increased the efficiency of heat transmission from the heat absorbing fin to the heat pipe. The vacuum condition the solar collector is in is produced by vacuumiz ing a glass tube which is 2m long and 100mm in diameter with metal-glass hot compression technology, which is one of patented technologies of our company. The technology has also won many awards like the “National Award for Technological Invention” and “National Award for Science & Technology Progress”. Heat-compressed seal resolved the difficulties in connecting glass and metal due to the different thermal expansion coefficient and ensures long lasting stability of the vacuity in the tube. The glass tube is 2.5mm thick and the vacuity is 10 -5 mbar. So far, there are only 3 companies (in USA , Germany and China ) is able to make the mass production of such solar collector or other collectors with equivalent performance. As the only manufacturer in China , our products have passed the examination & inspection made by institution of China and abroad, also acquired global authoritative certificates and approvals. Our products are highly praised by both domestic and overseas customers.

   The overall dimension of the heat pipe vacuum tube is ф100× 2000mm , which is mainly consisted of heat pipe, heat absorbing board, glass tube, metal end cap, and degassing agent, etc.
